The incorporated silicone Omega pad ensures that your kneecap (patella) is free from pressure, while also providing intermittent compression to the soft tissue of the joint. This helps to increase circulation, aiding in the reabsorption of swelling and edema, all while keeping pressure off the knee cap.

We understand the importance of a correct fit and sizing for your knee support. To ensure the perfect fit, measure 5 1/2" up your thigh with your knee slightly bent, and use the center/outside of your knee as a starting point. Measure the circumference of your thigh and then measure 4 3/4" down your calf, again using the center/outside of your knee as a starting point. Measure the circumference of your calf, ensuring that the measuring tape is not too tight or too loose. If your thigh measurements fall between two sizes, we recommend choosing the Comfort (C) size.
