To ensure correct fit and sizing: Start with your knee slightly bent and use the center of the kneecap as your starting point. Measure 5 1/2" up your thigh and measure the circumference around the thigh. Then, using the center of the kneecap as your starting point, measure 4 3/4" down your calf and measure the circumference around the calf. It is important to make sure that the measuring tape is not too tight or too loose. Refer to the sizing chart and video for the correct sizing.
