To ensure the best fit, measure with your knee slightly bent and use the center or outside of your knee as your starting point, then measure 5 1/2" up your thigh. Measure the circumference of your thigh. Using the center or outside of the knee as a starting point again, measure 4 3/4" down your calf and measure the circumference. Ensure the measuring tape is not too tight or too loose. If your thigh measurements fall between two sizes, choose the Comfort (C) size and refer to the sizing chart and video for correct sizing.
