The knee support features two integral massage pads and an adjustable corrective strap that holds the kneecap securely in a natural, central position, activating the musculature to speed up the healing process. The specially shaped massage pad with high sides and inward-facing silicone dots centers the kneecap, exerting pain-relieving compression on Hoffa's fat pad. An adjustable corrective strap protects the kneecap from drifting sideways and can be tightened depending on the loading situation. A second wedge-shaped massage pad at the upper outer edge eases the pressure on the tendons connected to the kneecap, providing relief and support during natural movement. The compressive knit and two pads exert a pain-relieving massage effect, reducing swelling and activating the muscles that stabilize the joint.

The knee support promotes proprioception, heightening sensory awareness in the knee for increased joint stabilization. An innovative trapezoidal stitch in the popliteal region prevents bunching and pinching. The anatomical knit with graduated compression at the edges prevents circulation construction and rolling. Medial/lateral stay guard against migration. The lightweight, breathable knit will not retain heat and is completely machine washable.

The knee brace is designed to help treat and prevent conditions such as patellofemoral pain syndrome, patellar tip syndrome, lateralization of the patella, high-riding patella, feeling of instability, and after lateral release surgery. The unique design of the P3 buttress provides permanent patella protection, capturing the patella during bending and straightening of the knee for improved tracking.

The Patella knee brace is stitched specifically to the shape of the knee and incorporates a rubberized insert that surrounds the patella. An integrated tracking feature ensures proper tracking and support, aligning the patella and providing compression to reduce swelling. The lightweight and breathable fabric is machine washable for convenience.

To ensure the correct fit and sizing, measurements are provided for the thigh and calf to find the loose circumference of the leg.
