The knee support is designed to hold the kneecap securely in a natural, central position with two integral massage pads and an adjustable corrective strap, thus activating the musculature and speeding up the healing process. The specially shaped massage pad at the center uses high sides and inward-facing silicone dots to provide pain-relieving compression on Hoffa's fat pad and center the kneecap. The adjustable corrective strap protects the kneecap from drifting sideways and can be tightened to various degrees depending on the loading situation. A second wedge-shaped massage pad at the upper outer edge eases the pressure on the tendons connected to the kneecap and provides relief and support during its natural movement.

The compressive knit and two pads exert a pain-relieving massage effect during movement, reducing swelling more quickly and activating the muscles that stabilize the joint. This also promotes proprioception, heightening sensory awareness in the knee for increased joint stabilization. The innovative trapezoidal stitch in the popliteal region prevents bunching and pinching, while the anatomical knit with graduated compression at the edges prevents circulation constriction and rolling.
